Tamara represents clients on a variety of matters including probate, trust administration, and guardianship. With over a decade of litigation experience,  she helps trustees and other fiduciaries (both individual and corporate), heirs, beneficiaries, and creditors navigate probate- or trust-related disputes. Tamara also assists clients with family law matters, such as premarital and post-marital agreements, and is available to provide guidance and representation in select divorce proceedings. 

Prior to joining Aguirre Riley, Tamara was a commercial litigator with Holland & Hart for 13 years. Tamara started out her legal career as a law clerk to the Honorable Mark Gibbons at the Nevada Supreme Court.
